We recently completed a comprehensive full-house renovation at 436A Whangaparaoa Road, transforming the entire property with meticulous attention to detail. The project involved the removal of old carpet, complete demolition of two bathrooms and a toilet, as well as the removal of wallpaper throughout the house. We demolished the outdated kitchen, wardrobe, and interior walls to expand the bedroom.

The renovation included full wall tiling with double-coat waterproofing in both the bathrooms and toilet. We carried out skimming and repainting of all interior surfaces, enhancing the home’s overall finish. Over 100 square meters of 8mm SPC flooring were installed, including custom work on steps, providing a modern and durable surface throughout.

The kitchen was fully renovated with a modern design, incorporating smart lighting and new cabinetry. We also added a stylish new canopy over the main entrance door. Additionally, we supplied and installed brand-new interior doors, locks, skirting boards, stoppers, and windows, further elevating the property’s appeal and functionality. This renovation not only revitalized the home but also significantly improved its aesthetics and livability.
